These terms and conditions apply to the “Cash Back” promotion offered by Sound United Europe, a division of D&M Europe B.V. Beemdstraat 11 (5653 MA), Eindhoven, the Netherlands (“Sound United”)

The Promotion
The HEOS Cash back promotion (the “Promotion”) is open for all participants residing in 
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Czech, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Slovakia, Malta, Croatia, who have purchased a new HEOS Enabled Denon and/or Marantz AV receiver in the period between 01-11-2017 and 31-12 2017 (“1st Purchase Period”) from authorized resellers (please check http://heosbydenon.com) and have bought a wireless HEOS product within 90 days of their original purchase in the period between 01-11-2017 and 31-03-2018 (“2nd Purchase Period”) to use the HEOS functionality in their AV receiver.
In order to be eligible for a cashback you must have bought a HEOS enabled Denon or Marantz AV Receiver and buy a HEOS product within 90 days after your purchase. Purchase of the promotional product must take place within the 2nd Purchase Period. The participant must abide to the process illustrated within these terms & conditions, including its specified deadline and requirements for the promotion. 
The cashback amounts 10% of the purchase price on the original dealer receipt.

In order to receive the cashback you are required to complete all of the information on the following website: https://heos.responsemanager.eu/. When the form is not fully completed, a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase is missing, or you do not enter a valid serial number the validation of your claim can be delayed or denied. The cashback amount will be transferred directly into your bank account (please ensure you enter the correct bank account details). Payment will be made within 14 days after confirmation of the completed cash back registration and after a maximum of 30 days after the closing of this promotion (30/04/2018). If the required information has not been completed correctly or information is missing we cannot be held accountable for any delay as a consequence of this. The offer is valid for any HEOS purchase between 01/11/2017 until 31/03/2018 while the HEOS enabled AVR must have been purchased between 01/11/2017 until 31/12/2017. Closing date for all claims is 31/03/2015. Any claims sent after this date will be dealt with at the sole discretion of Sound United.
The Promotion is open to Participants aged 18 years or older, excluding authorized HEOS dealers selling any Sound United products, excluding employees and contractors or their families of Sound United or its affiliated companies, Sound United agents and anyone involved in the organization or administration of the Promotion. 
Retailers cannot make a claim on a customer’s behalf.
The cashback is non-transferable and no other alternative is available. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions from Sound United as offered from the start of the Promotion until the Completion Date.
Sound United shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this promotion. Sound United shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure being an event(s) which, without the fault of either party, renders performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. Sound United reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time and change the conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever.
Where applicable any data captured during the course of the promotion will be collated, accessed, processed and stored wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. If Participants do not wish for their contact information to 
be used for marketing purposes or to enable Sound United to contact them in future regarding similar promotions, they should check the relevant “opt-out” box when completing the claim form.
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Netherlands courts.

Up to 90 Day Returns!

Returns are easy and flexible. We will accept returned goods up to 90 days from purchase with the following restrictions as summarised below. For more details please read our Terms & Conditions of Sale, a link is shown at the bottom of the home page.

Changing your Mind
It's OK to change your mind but please be aware that all goods must be returned in as new, unused and re-saleable condition. This means that all packaging must be intact, all accessories are complete in their original wrappers and any free items are also returned with the goods. Essentially the product must be returned in the same condition as you would expect to receive a new unit in. In all cases the cost of returning the goods will be the customer's responsibility. All faulty items must be returned complete and will be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty.


How we Handle Returns
Depending on how long you have had the goods there are different options availble to you. In the case of faulty items, if the item fails due to a manufacturing fault between 1 and 28 days from delivery we will exchange it for a brand new one of the same model. Any items which are found faulty after 28 days from delivery will be repaired under the manufacturers warranty. For returns where you have changed your mind, please find our policy below:


This is were you return your item and we will exchange it for another item of equal or higher value. If the item you wish to change to is of higher value you only pay the difference. If the item is of a lower value we will issue you with a credit note for the difference which you can spend with us at a later date.

Credit Note
This is where you return your item and we issue you with a credit note which you can use against another purchase with us.

This is where you return your item and we issue a refund back to the same method you paid with. e.g. the same credit card. This is not available after 14 days, only exchange or credit note is available after 14 days.

25% Restocking Fee
If your item is returned to us between 29 and 90 days from delivery we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the price you paid for the item initially. This will be deducted from the value of the exchange or credit note which is issued to you. This is because  technology in the AV marketplace moves fast, and as a result the value of items decrease very quickly.

Please note we do not accept returns after 90 days, except for repairs under warranty.
